About Aaruvi
Aaruvi by Sriman Infra Developers is a weekend resort-style residential community designed for families seeking a nature-immersed, serene lifestyle away from the city chaos. The project promised calm, premium living with well-zoned amenities and green landscapes — but its marketing, brand presence, and site experience did not align with the premium lifestyle story. The challenge was to transform Aaruvi from a “plot project” into a branded lifestyle destination, ensuring both its marketing and physical execution lived up to the promise.
My Role
Position: Brand Marketing Lead → Field Execution Architect

I was initially onboarded to lead marketing and branding, but the engagement expanded into on-ground execution to align architecture, signage, and buyer experience with the brand story. This dual role ensured that the product delivered exactly what the marketing promised.

Brochure Redesign: Shifted from layout-driven to lifestyle storytelling brochures with aspirational visuals.

Digital Footprint Creation: Built social media presence, landing pages, and ad creatives that showcased Aaruvi as the weekend getaway investment.
On-Ground Design & Execution
Amenity Zoning & Design: Optimized master planning for flow, privacy, and views.
Entrance & Wayfinding: Designed sequences that reinforced the feeling of exclusivity and calm from the first touchpoint.
Experience Consistency: Ensured site tours matched brochure storytelling for trust and credibility.
